| School President
If you are looking to take your role in higher education to another level, we have several opportunities available throughout all regions of the United States. As a candidate, you should have two to three years’ experience as a proprietary/college school president or director in order to apply. You should be currently employed (or within one year) as a school president or director. Also you should be a strong leader with a proven track record for meeting performance goals. These positions are incentive based with a solid base salary. Candidates would be expected to manage/direct all aspects of an educational institution. Also, three to five years’ experience in proprietary schools is required in order to apply.
Candidates should have extensive knowledge about:
Local job market, electronic media, direct response, referral programs, etc.
JTPA, other grants, 90/10 Rule.
Retention, placement, motivation of staffing, training.
Default management and regulatory audits.
Budget preparation and tracking.
Excellent networking ability to attract and hire branch management personnel.
Proficient in P&L responsibility, labor relations, achieving admissions starts, operations, accreditation, team building, student relations, financial aid,
and placement.
Salary for this position ranges from $80,000 - $150,000 yearly with a performance-based bonus.
