Candidates should have extensive knowledge of the following:

• Hiring, training, and monitoring financial aid officers.
• USDOE policies, procedures, and default management requirements.
• Auditing/compliance issues.
• In service training programs.
• Proficient in all forms of Government Financial Aid; Title 4, Pell Grants,   90/10 Rule.
• Financial aid packaging procedures.
• State and Federal regulations.
• Student counseling issues.
• Staff management hiring and training.

Salary for this position ranges from $50,000 - $80,000 yearly with a performance-based bonus.
