Have you been looking to graduate into a more challenging school of opportunity? Well we’ve got several opportunities available throughout all regions of the United States. As a candidate, you must have two to three years’ experience as a proprietary/college dean or director in order to apply. Also you should be currently employed (or within one year) as a strong director of education and lead the pack with a proven track record for meeting performance goals. These positions are incentive based with a solid base salary. Candidates would be expected to manage/direct all aspects of an educational institution. Also two to four years’ experience in proprietary schools is required in order to apply.
Candidates should have extensive knowledge about:
Developing and updating curriculum, completing self-study evaluations, etc.
Implement in-service training programs, retention programs, and competency-based education systems.
Departmental relations in default management, regulatory audits, budgets, placement seminars, financial aid, etc.
Faculty hiring/training/monitoring/reviewing performance/motivation.
Proficient in retention goals, team building, student issues/counseling, curriculum writing/accreditation.
Salary for this position ranges from $50,000 - $90,000 yearly with a performance-based bonus.
