Directors
Do you have three to five years’ experience in a Corporate or Regional Director position? Are you an innovative leader with a proven track record for meeting performance goals? If you are currently employed (or within one year) as a school president or director, we have several opportunities available throughout all regions of the United States. These positions are incentive-based with a solid base salary. Candidates would be required to manage/direct all aspects of an educational institution. Also candidates must have at least three to five years’ experience in proprietary schools.
A candidate should have extensive knowledge about:
Local job market, electronic media, direct response, referral programs, etc.
JJTPA, other grants, 90/10 Rule.
Retention, placement, motivation of staffing, and training.
Default management and regulatory audits.
Budget preparation and tracking.
Excellent networking ability to attract and hire branch management personnel.
Proficient in P&L responsibility, labor relations, achieving admissions starts, operations, accreditation, team building, student relations, financial aid,
and placement.
Salary for this position ranges from $80,000 - $150,000 yearly with a performance-based bonus.
