Are you looking to aspire to a higher degree of challenge, opportunity, and reward? We may have several waiting for you throughout all regions of the United States. As a candidate, you would need between two and three years’ experience as a proprietary/college dean/director or admissions to apply for this position. We are looking for a currently employed (or within one year) strong directors of admissions or senior admissions representatives, and a dynamic leader with a track record for meeting start goals. These positions are incentive based with a solid base salary. Candidates would be expected to manage/direct all aspects of an admissions department.
Candidates should have extensive knowledge of the following:
Sales/admissions management and how to exceed goals.
Proficient in hiring, training, conversations with students and motivation of students.
Knowledge of advertising media i.e., electronic, print, direct mail, marketing plans, design/implementation.
Knowledgeable in high school and young adult markets.
Strong ability to manage a student referral program.
Good understanding of all areas of compliance, re-admissions, financial aid, education, placement, etc.
History of success in meeting start goals.
Excellent networking skills needed to hire admissions representatives/team building.
Salary for this position ranges from $60,000 - $125,000 yearly with a performance based bonus.
